Products
Many Gaby B Designs products are handmade, made to order, personalized, or produced in small batches.
Because of the handmade nature of our products, minor variations in color, placement, grain, engraving, print appearance, or finish may occur.
Colors may also appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.
Personalization
Customers are responsible for reviewing all submitted personalization details, including names, spelling, dates, wording, sizes, photos, colors, logos, and other custom information.
Personalized products are produced based on the information submitted with the order. We are not responsible for errors contained in customer-supplied information.
Photos, Logos & Artwork
By submitting photos, logos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork, you confirm that you own the material or have permission to use it for the requested product or project.
Gaby B Designs reserves the right to decline content that we reasonably believe cannot legally or appropriately be reproduced.
Custom Orders
Fully custom projects may require a quote before production.
Pricing, timing, materials, design scope, revisions, and production details may vary by project.
Pricing
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
We may change pricing, product availability, services, or promotions at any time.
Additional personalization, photo engraving, gift packaging, design work, rush service, or other upgrades may carry additional fees when shown on the product page or quote.
Orders
We reserve the right to decline, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of:
- Pricing or listing errors
- Suspected fraud
- Unavailable materials
- Inappropriate custom content
- Technical issues
If we cancel a paid order before production or fulfillment, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Processing & Shipping
Processing time depends on the type of product ordered.
Current estimates are described in our Shipping Policy and relevant product listings.
Carrier transit estimates are not guaranteed.
Returns & Refunds
Personalized and custom products are generally final sale except where the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by Gaby B Designs.
Eligible non-personalized returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be offered on eligible orders.
For privacy and security, exact pickup details are provided after purchase rather than published publicly.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, original content created by Gaby B Designs, including original product photography, graphics, branding, website content, and original design work, may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or commercially used without permission.
Customer-owned logos, photographs, and artwork remain the property of their respective owners.
Website Use
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
Third-Party Services
Our website is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party providers for payments, shipping, analytics, applications, and other services.
