• Our items are handmade and/or customized; slight variations in color, size, or finish may occur.
• Personalized/custom items are produced exactly as provided. Please verify spelling, dates, colors, and design details before checkout. We are not responsible for errors provided by the customer.

3. Pricing & Payments

• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.
• Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s checkout. We do not store your full payment details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Processing times vary by product and are stated in each listing. Shipping time estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
• Risk of loss transfers to the carrier when we hand over your package. For lost, stolen, or delayed packages, please contact the shipping provider with your tracking number.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Personalized and custom items are final sale and non-refundable.
• Non-personalized items may be eligible for return under our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Gaby B Designs, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products.
• In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) at issue.
