Shipping Policy

  • Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Custom or personalized orders may take 7-10 business days depending on the product’s complexity.
  • You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (U.S.)
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (additional fees apply)
  • International Shipping: Available to select countries (delivery times vary). Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.

3. Shipping Providers

We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure fast and secure delivery.

4. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Return and Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Apparel that has been worn or washed

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • We will provide instructions on how to ship the item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for defective or incorrect items. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations and Modifications

  • Orders for non-personalized items can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
