Return & Refund Policy

At Gaby B Designs, LLC, we take pride in creating high-quality handmade and personalized items. Please review this policy before placing your order.

Personalized & Custom Items

  • Final sale: All personalized and custom-made products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
  • Due to their unique nature, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.
  • Please double-check all personalization details (spelling, names, dates, colors, designs) before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors provided by the customer.

Non-Personalized Items (Eligible for Return)

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
  • Please include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • When verified, we will provide a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Order Cancellations

  • Non-personalized orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • Personalized/custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at hello@yourstore.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions and, if applicable, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  3. Ship items securely and provide a valid tracking number. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days (bank processing times may vary).

Exchanges

For eligible non-personalized items, you may request an exchange. If you need the new item quickly, consider placing a new order while your return is processed.

Exceptions & Notes

  • Sale items and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return unless required by law.
  • Refused or undeliverable packages can be reshipped at the buyer’s expense; original shipping fees are non-refundable.
