Return & Refund Policy

At Gaby B Designs, many of our products are handmade, made to order, or personalized. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.

Personalized & Custom Items

Personalized, customized, made-to-order, and fully custom products are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item is defective
  • Gaby B Designs made an error with your order

Please carefully review all names, dates, wording, sizes, colors, photos, and other personalization details before submitting your order.

Gaby B Designs is not responsible for spelling errors, incorrect dates, incorrect sizes, or other information supplied by the customer.

Non-Personalized Items

Eligible non-personalized items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused
  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In their original condition
  • In original packaging when applicable

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Gaby B Designs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging when relevant

Once reviewed, Gaby B Designs may provide a replacement, correction, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances.

Cancellations

Non-personalized orders may be canceled if fulfillment has not yet begun.

Personalized, made-to-order, and custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow approximately 5–7 business days after approval for processing. Your bank or card provider may require additional time.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are final sale and are not refundable except where required by law.
