Shipping Policy

At Gaby B Designs, LLC, many items are handmade and/or personalized. Processing and shipping times can vary by product.

Processing Times

  • Personalized / Made-to-Order: Typically 3–7 business days to craft before shipping.
  • Backorders: If an item is out of stock, we will make it to order—please allow an extra 5–7 business days.
  • Ready-to-Ship (non-personalized): Typically 1–3 business days to process.

Note: Processing time is separate from carrier shipping time.

Shipping Rates & Transit Times

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier.
  • Estimated transit times and available carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS) are shown at checkout and are estimates, not guarantees.

Order Changes & Address Corrections

  • If you need to update your shipping address or order details, please contact us as soon as possible.
  • Orders cannot be modified once shipped. Incorrect addresses may cause delays or return-to-sender fees.

Tracking

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.
  • Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.

Delivery Issues (Lost, Stolen, Delayed)

  • Risk of loss transfers to the carrier when we hand over your package.
  • If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t locate the package, please:
    1. Check with household members, neighbors, or building management.
    2. Look in safe-drop areas or parcel lockers.
    3. Contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
  • We can assist with information for a claim, but replacements or refunds are not guaranteed for packages marked delivered.

International Shipping (If Enabled)

  • International customers are responsible for all customs, duties, VAT, and import taxes, which are not collected at checkout.
  • Customs inspections and carrier delays are outside our control.

Split Shipments

  • Your order may ship in multiple packages at no extra cost if items are ready at different times.

Refused / Undeliverable Packages

  • Packages returned due to refusal or an incorrect/undeliverable address may be reshipped at the buyer’s expense.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Pre-Orders & Special Releases (If Applicable)

  • Estimated ship windows are provided on product pages and order confirmations. Dates may change due to supply or carrier factors.

Holiday & Peak Seasons

  • Please allow extra time during holidays and sales events due to higher order volume and carrier congestion.
