Shipping Policy

At Gaby B Designs, many products are handmade, personalized, or made to order. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Processing Times

  • Ready to Ship: approximately 1–3 business days
  • Made to Order & Personalized: approximately 3–7 business days
  • Backordered Materials: please allow approximately 5–7 additional business days
  • Fully Custom Projects: timing varies by project and will be discussed during the quote process

Business days do not include weekends or major holidays.

Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods, holidays, large orders, or special releases.

Shipping

Available shipping methods and rates are shown at checkout.

U.S. transit time is generally approximately 3–7 business days after processing, depending on the carrier and destination.

Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Tracking updates can sometimes take 24–48 hours to appear after a shipping label is created.

Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as quickly as possible at gabybdesigns@gmail.com.

We cannot guarantee address changes once fulfillment has begun or the package has shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier.

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery area, with household members or neighbors, and with building or property management when applicable.

We will assist where reasonably possible, but replacement or refund is not automatically guaranteed for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for eligible orders in Miami, Florida.

When available, select local pickup during checkout.

For privacy and security, exact pickup instructions are provided after the order is placed.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available to select destinations.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs charges, duties, VAT, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

Customs delays are outside our control.
