1. Handmade & Personalized Products
Many Gaby B Designs products are handmade, customized, personalized, or individually produced.
Because of the nature of handmade products, slight variations may occur in color, placement, size, texture, wood grain, engraving, printing, or other details. Colors may also appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.
These small variations are not necessarily defects and are part of what makes handmade and personalized products unique.
2. Materials & Production Methods
Depending on the product, Gaby B Designs may use a variety of materials and production methods, including:
- Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV)
- DTF (Direct-to-Film)
- DTG (Direct-to-Garment)
- Sublimation
- UV DTF
- Permanent vinyl
- Wood
- Acrylic
- Paper and cardstock
- Other specialty materials and decoration methods
Some production processes or components may be completed with the assistance of trusted third-party suppliers or production partners when appropriate.
Product longevity depends on the material, intended use, environmental exposure, and proper care.

3. Custom Orders & Customer-Provided Information
Custom and personalized products are created using the information, preferences, artwork, photographs, logos, names, dates, wording, sizes, colors, or other details provided or approved by the customer.
Customers are responsible for reviewing personalization details and design approvals carefully before production.
Once materials have been ordered, a design has been approved, or production has begun, a custom order may no longer be eligible for cancellation or modification.
Gaby B Designs is not responsible for spelling errors, incorrect information, or other details supplied or approved by the customer.
If Gaby B Designs makes an error in producing your order, please contact us so we can work with you to resolve the issue.
4. Customer-Provided Artwork, Logos & Images
When submitting artwork, logos, photographs, graphics, text, or other materials for customization, the customer represents that they have the necessary rights or permission to use those materials for the requested purpose.
Gaby B Designs reserves the right to decline a custom request when we believe the provided material may violate intellectual property rights, applicable laws, or our business policies.
5. Processing & Shipping
Processing times vary depending on the product, quantity, complexity, material availability, and level of customization.
Ready-to-ship and non-personalized orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days.
Custom and personalized orders generally require 7–10 business days for production. Larger or more complex projects may require additional time.
Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
Carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, and other circumstances outside the control of Gaby B Designs may affect delivery.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Eligible non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions described in our Shipping & Return Policy.
Because custom and personalized products are made specifically for the customer, they are generally final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or an error was made by Gaby B Designs.

7. Product Use & Care
Customers are responsible for using products according to their intended purpose and following applicable care instructions.
Gaby B Designs is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, improper washing or cleaning, failure to follow care instructions, normal wear and tear, or use of a product for a purpose for which it was not designed.

8. Artificial Intelligence & Digital Tools
Gaby B Designs may use artificial intelligence and other digital tools to assist with creative and business activities such as brainstorming, developing design concepts, refining written content, marketing, website content, and administrative tasks.
AI and digital tools are used to support—not replace—the creative direction and decision-making of Gaby B Designs.
