Care Instructions

Care instructions may vary depending on the material and decoration method used. When in doubt, follow the instructions provided with your specific item or contact us before washing or cleaning it.

HTV (Heat Transfer Vinyl) Apparel

  • Wash inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle.
  • Use mild detergent.
  • Do not use bleach or fabric softener.
  • Air drying is recommended for the longest life. If using a dryer, tumble dry on low heat.
  • Do not iron directly over the design. If ironing is necessary, turn the garment inside out and use low heat.
  • Do not dry clean.

DTF (Direct-to-Film) Apparel

  • Wash inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle.
  • Use mild detergent.
  • Do not use bleach or fabric softener.
  • Air drying is recommended. If using a dryer, tumble dry on low heat.
  • Do not iron directly over the printed design.
  • Avoid dry cleaning.

DTG (Direct-to-Garment) Apparel

  • Wash inside out in cold water with similar colors.
  • Use a gentle cycle and mild detergent.
  • Do not use bleach or harsh detergents.
  • Air drying is recommended for the longest print life. If using a dryer, use low heat.
  • Do not iron directly over the printed area.
  • Avoid dry cleaning.

Sublimation Apparel

  • Wash inside out in cold water with similar colors.
  • Use a mild detergent and avoid bleach or harsh chemicals.
  • Air dry or tumble dry on low heat.
  • Avoid prolonged exposure to high heat.
  • Do not iron directly over the design.

Sublimation becomes part of the fabric rather than sitting on top of it, making it highly durable and resistant to peeling when properly cared for.

Sublimated Mugs

  • Hand washing is recommended to help preserve the vibrancy and finish of your mug.
  • Wash with mild dish soap and a soft sponge or cloth.
  • Avoid abrasive cleaners or scrubbing pads.
  • Do not microwave mugs containing metallic, glitter, or other specialty elements.
  • Microwave and dishwasher suitability may vary by mug. Follow any care instructions included with your specific item.

Sublimated Tumblers

  • Hand wash with mild dish soap and a soft sponge.
  • Do not place in the dishwasher.
  • Do not microwave.
  • Avoid abrasive cleaners and scrubbing pads.
  • Avoid prolonged soaking or exposure to extreme heat.
  • Clean lids and straws regularly.

UV DTF Products

Including tumblers, bottles, glassware, acrylic and other decorated surfaces.

  • Hand wash gently with mild soap.
  • Do not scrub directly over the design.
  • Do not use abrasive sponges or cleaners.
  • Do not place in the dishwasher or microwave unless specifically stated otherwise.
  • Do not soak for prolonged periods.
  • Avoid extreme heat.
  • Do not pick or peel at the edges of the design.

Permanent Vinyl Products

  • Gently clean with a soft, damp cloth when appropriate for the item.
  • Avoid soaking or scrubbing directly over the vinyl.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals.
  • Avoid excessive heat.
  • Handle vinyl details carefully to prevent lifting or peeling.

Laser-Cut & Engraved Wood Products

  • Wipe gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth.
  • Do not soak or submerge in water unless the product is specifically designed for that purpose.
  • Avoid dishwashers.
  • Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners.
  • Keep away from excessive moisture and prolonged direct sunlight.
  • Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.

Natural wood may vary slightly in color, grain, and engraving appearance. These variations are part of what makes each piece unique.

Acrylic Products

  • gently with a soft microfiber cloth.
  • Use mild soap and water when necessary.
  • Avoid abrasive sponges, paper towels, or harsh chemical cleaners that may scratch or damage the surface.
  • Do not expose acrylic to excessive heat.
  • Handle delicate or thin acrylic pieces carefully to avoid cracking or breaking.

Stickers & Decals

  • Apply to a clean, smooth, dry surface for the best adhesion.
  • Allow the adhesive time to bond before exposing the item to water.
  • Water resistance varies depending on the sticker or decal material.
  • Do not place in the dishwasher unless specifically stated as dishwasher safe.
  • Avoid prolonged soaking.
  • Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and outdoor conditions may eventually cause fading or wear.
